New Build Modular Limited was founded from empirical hands on experience and the personal passion of the Managing Director Mr P R Stallard, more commonly known as Richard.

Inspired well before "Bob The Builder" Richard and his team continue to enhance their knowledge base with new generation modular technologies and the latest property modernisation techniques which comply and exceed the current UK Building Regulations for structural integrity, thermal efficiency and Best Practice Standards as standard. 

We are by choice a business which limits the number of projects in progress at any one time. This allows us to focus our attention towards each clients specific design & personal detailing.

Equally balanced is our responsibility to reduce the intrusive impacts that traditional build methods can present. 

Our individual volumetric components are engineered off-site in a purpose built controlled factory environment which is unaffected by the UK weather.

Once complete to accredited Jhai Building Control approval, the modular components are delivered direct to the project in manageable elements ready for seamless installations and final finishing without the requirement for heavy machinery. 

This forward thinking process minimises the impacts that traditional build methods potentially require.

All in all the disruption to you and your immediate community is vastly reduced when considering generated noise; airborne build fragments, vehicle and machinery movements; on site waste and reinstatement strategies.

We encourage  and welcome pre-commitment site visits to introduce these new technologies and the off site logistics which underpins our established performance as an independent business.
