Mr. P Richard Stallard
Richard started his career as an YTS apprentice in coach building back in the mid 1980s before progressing on to carpentry and small building works throughout the cities of Bristol and Bath.
After many years of working on the tools as an employee, sub contractor and later as principle contractors, Richard incorporated New Build Modular as a Limited business in England and Wales in 2018.
Passionately attending Industry CPD courses since 1996, Richard has maintained the forward-thinking MMC approach (modern methods of construction) whilst sharing straightforward information and guidance in a friendly and responsive manner.
New Build Modular Limited is simply a family run business offering a personal and dedicated service from concept to completion.
