Richard Stallard (Director)
Richard started his hands on career as a YTS apprentice within the commercial coach building industry back in the mid 1980s.
After many years of working on the tools as an employee, sub contractor and later as principle contractors, Richard incorporated New Build Modular as a Limited business in England and Wales in 2018.
Passionately attending Industry CPD courses since 1996, Richard has maintained a forward-thinking MMC approach with well-founded knowledge and empirical experience.
Richard goes on to say "We approach everyday as a learning day and that keeps us well grounded and focused on standards and service"

Nestled in the village of Wick, South Gloucestershire, New Build Modular's central location to the cities of Bristol and Bath present our clients with a local trades team that truly understands the beautiful architecture and the wonderful mixture of cultures that enrich the local communities.
