At New Build modular we utilise pressure treated timbers, Plywood's, Sterling Board and pressed glue binding Tec to craft out buildings & floor spaces that offer long levity, structural integrity and harmonious interaction.
Heavy duty performance as standard equate to an impressive structural combination of 100mm up to 175mm C24 wall framing, 150mm up to 225mm C24 floor joists and 120mm up to 225mm C24 roof beams & Glulam technologies
